From Huskies To Husbands

I have to admit that after all these years of watching ER  I am sorry to see it go.  It was like an old friend, comfortable and well loved.  As the final season progressed it was nice to see old faces brought back if only for a fleeting moment.  Personally I was happy to see more than just a scene or two including the John Carter character as he always was a favorite of mine from the show.

However, I also am shocked and not shocked at the same time by the number of loose ends that they left  hanging.  Two of these loose ends are The Carter Center and Rachel Green.  I could see spin offs as possibilities from both of these factors and more.  Especially the Rachel Green thing - I mean why else even bring her into the final episode?

For me the series finale as a whole was kind of anti-climatic.   Although, I did appreciate the final scene where nothing changes and they just handle what is thrown at them with the latest emergency situation.  I mean that is what the show was all about after all wasn’t it?
