Dog Tired
Do you ever wish that you had your dog’s life? If you have a dog that is :) Sometimes I wish that I could trade places with my furbabies, especially Suzy. What a life my dogs lead… They get fed a nutritious diet which is cooked especially for them. They have a constant supply of fresh water available whether they are in the house or outside. They sleep in nice comfy beds (my bed actually!) which they sometimes try to overtake. They sleep when they want. They play when they want. They come in and go out as they please. If they have a scratch it gets itched. If they want petted and loved on they get that attention too just by asking. They basically get away with murder too. Their life sounds so much more interesting and carefree than mine. Especially since I have work and responsibilities and the like which lately have just felt overwhelming and left me dog tired at the end of each day. That is a lot to think about isn’t it? Maybe tomorrow I can stay home and live like Suzy in a small way - Just getting to sleep in would be nice!!
I totally understand! I have four doggies myself and they are completely spoiled. Two of ours are getting pretty old and I find that I give them absolutely everything they want just because I feel sorry for them! Then I see our youngest (a year and a half) and I would give anything to be able to just pass out like she does!
