Day 2 of 2009
It still feels really weird to type 2009 instead of 2008!
I am happy that 2008 is in the books so to speak. It was not the best year of my life, but I sure did learn a lot. Some of the lessons I wish I hadn’t, but the past is the past.
For 2009 I want to accomplish much more!
- Get Fit!
- Lose the weight
- Get in the healthy range of the BMI
- Become an athlete
- Learn to love exercise or at least be faithful in doing it
- Learn to Eat!
- Dairy Free for life
- A balanced diet
- 5 plus fruits and veggies a day
- Improve Myself!
- Get a better job
- Get a better outlook on life in general
- Get my health issues under control
I am sure that the list could be MUCH MUCH longer, but I think that is a good start!
