Day 2 of 2009

It still feels really weird to type 2009 instead of 2008! 

I am happy that 2008 is in the books so to speak.  It was not the best year of my life, but I sure did learn a lot.  Some of the lessons I wish I hadn’t, but the past is the past.

For 2009 I want to accomplish much more!

  • Get Fit!
    • Lose the weight
    • Get in the healthy range of the BMI
    • Become an athlete
    • Learn to love exercise or at least be faithful in doing it
  • Learn to Eat!
    • Dairy Free for life
    • A balanced diet
    • 5 plus fruits and veggies a day
  • Improve Myself!
    • Get a better job
    • Get a better outlook on life in general
    • Get my health issues under control

I am sure that the list could be MUCH MUCH longer, but I think that is a good start!
