From Huskies To Husbands

So, I finally watched “The Dark Knight” in my opinion it was only OK.  Not wonderful.  Not horrible.  Heath Ledger (may he rest in peace) played a fantastic very evil, very demented, very insane Joker which in my opinion saved the movie.  I was expecting better special effects, more action, more something but it just never came…

I was able to do some holiday baking today to add to the peanut brittle.  I baked shortbread cookies, chocolate chip cookies, double chocolate espresso cookies , thin frosted brownies , and mexican wedding ball cookies .  All dairy free of course!  If anyone wants the recipes just leave a comment and I will be more than happy to share any of them with you!
